Subreview is a directory and marketplace platform that allows users to browse and create listings related to content creators (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Twitch accounts). Verified creators can “claim” their listings by subscribing to a paid plan to manage their profiles and engage with their audience.
2. Account Registration and Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this platform.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
- Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account passwords. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Listing Creation and “Claim” Process
- User Listings: Users may submit directory listings for content creators. These listings are for informational purposes.
- Claiming a Listing: To claim an existing listing, you must prove your official identity as the content creator through our verification process.
- Paid Subscriptions: Claimed listings require a recurring subscription fee (e.g., monthly or annually). By completing the claim process, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your “Verified” status and control over the listing may be revoked at the end of your current billing period.
4. User Conduct and Content Moderation
You retain ownership of any content you post (reviews, descriptions, links), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it. You strictly agree not to post content that:
- Is defamatory, abusive, offensive, racist, or hateful.
- Infringes on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains unauthorized advertising, spam, or malicious code (viruses).
Note on Moderation: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor, edit, refuse, or delete any listing, review, or comment that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
5. Fees and Refunds
- All fees are clearly stated during the checkout process and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Refund Policy: Except as required by law, paid subscription fees for listing claims are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
